If you buy a vehicle with a rejection sticker you will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging that you are aware that the vehicle does not have a valid Virginia State inspection and cannot be legally driven on the highways of Virginia until it is repaired and re-inspected.

We do allow test drives of the vehicles before the auction on preview day only and you are welcome to start the vehicles and listen to them run and check out vehicle accessories and equipment. We also highly recommend that you bring your own mechanic to check out the vehicles on the preview days or auction day.
